So…first and foremost, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope 2015 brings you so many good things! And I hope your holidays were spectacular! I don’t know about you, but Christmas really snuck up on me. I’m sure it’s because Thanksgiving day fell so late in November…we didn’t have as many days in between that and Christmas to get ready and get shopping and cooking and cleaning and everything else done! I didn’t get a single Christmas card mailed out this year, and that’s pretty sad since I have so many sitting in my craft room!
Second thing on my list, is to apologize to you profusely for skipping out on my blogging and social media presence for most of the month of December. Like I said, things were hectic, and then there were lots of doctor’s appointments going on at the same time. I had at least one appointment going on almost every singe day! Talk about exhausted! Things seem to be settling down now, (I hope) and so it’s time to get back to life. I still have lots of appointments, but at least I don’t have them combined with Christmas!
As I’ve mentioned before, my doctor has put me on some meds for high blood pressure and my thyroid. And that’s on top of the other things I’ve been taking for my neck injury! Hopefully everything will kick in soon and I’ll start feeling better, but in the mean time, I feel like I’ve totally lost my motivation to do anything creative…craft, write, anything. Sad 🙁 I did do some crafting in December, but it was Christmas presents to family members who read my blog, so I couldn’t post any photos of them! But now, it’s back to crafting for just me, so I’m hoping my mojo shows up somewhere and sometime soon! Until then, grab me and take me along with you, so we can get there together!!
I would REALLY love to hear any suggestions you may have for getting your creativity and mojo pumping again. Thoughts?
Happy Scrapping!
