Thank You Wedding Banner

Happy Monday!   Welcome to my last wedding post (for a while, at least!) Woohoo!!  Today’s project is actually something I made for my daughter’s wedding, but would work great for TONS of other occasions where a group of thank you cards might be needed.

Before the wedding, I made a Thank You banner to serve a dual purpose.  We laid it on the gift table before the guests arrived, both to say thank you and to signal a place designated for wedding gifts, without having to make a “gift table” sign.

Banner, scrapbooking, thank you, wedding

The second purpose for the sign, was to take these super cute photos of the happy couple holding the sign! So now, if they choose, the can use the pics to print super cheap thank you cards.  I know that both Costco and Wal Mart (and probably tons of other places) offer personalized post cards or one-sided cards with envelopes for .10-.20 cents each

I know for us card-makers, getting super cheap thank you cards might not be at the top of our list, but for a newly-married couple reeling from the price tag of a wedding, it could really come in handy!!

Happy Scrapping!
