I really like the concept of today’s card. Sometimes in a stamp set, we get the same or a very similar image in more than one size, and I’m not ever sure quite what to do with it. Well, for today at least, I figured it out! I took the smaller flower image and randomly stamped all over my cardstock in Tuxedo Black Memento ink. I stamped the larger image onto white cardstock and colored it with my Bic Mark-Its, then fussy cut it and popped it up onto my stamped cardstock. I finished it off with a few footless brads, and mounted it onto a green base.
Please hop along with us! You have a chance to win one of the above stamp sets! Just comment on the following blogs (don’t forget this one), each day for more chances to win! (You do NOT have to comment on all the blogs each day! The names are drawn randomly!) All six winners will be announced on
April 19, 2014 on the Mark’s Finest Papers blog. You can go back and comment if you missed a day. (HINT: The more you comment, the more chances you have to win and comments on the MFP blog count twice!)
The deadline for
commenting is 10 PM EST on Friday April 18, 2014
Come on back tomorrow for more creativity.
Happy Scrapping!

Love the deep, rich colors you used. Gorgeous card.
Great idea to use the smaller images for the background. Very effective. Love how you colored the fussy cut flower and the color of the leaves is just perfect.
wow, so beautiful with that pop of color! Love how you used the stamps for a background as well!
I love the colors on this rich looking card and the way you used the smaller image as patterned paper!
This is such a beautiful card with those deep colors!
Beautiful card! I really like the way you made your background paper out of the smaller stamp!
Love the color tones on your card. It draws you deeper into the large flower somehow. Beautiful card.
