It just so happens that my solution falls right in line with this week’s Color Challenge at Mark’s Finest Papers! Our challenge is to use spring colors.

As I’ve been doing a lot lately, I first turned to the Silhouette store. Did you know ALL their cut files are 50% off through March 27th ?!?! Plus, every day until then, they are giving away a new free cut file!

I found a file by Jamie Cripps simply called Washi Tape Holder. I was able to use three sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock for each unit which houses two drawers and hold about 8 rolls of Washi Tape. I made myself 4 units, and now I need to make a few more… *blush*
I wanted to make sure the units worked well with the colors and decor of my craft room, so I chose a light lavender cardstock. Then, in keeping with the spring colors challenge, I used Quick Quotes Chalking inks in blue and green tones to ink the most awesome stamp!!! It’s by MFP and it’s called Just a Note. It’s a huge stamp that’s all sheet music! I love it!

I hope you can break out your spring colors and join us this week for the color challenge. You have until next Wednesday at 5 pm PST to link up!
So now, the burning question: How many rolls of Washi Tape do you own?
- more than 5?
- more than 25?
- more than you would ever admit to??
Happy Scrapping!
