is the tutorial I promised on how to do this awesome glitter technique, I’ve done
this a few times in the past, and I just love the way you can you apply the glitter in patterns.

Next I ran my white card stock heart through my Xyron machine using permanent adhesive. At this point one side of my card stock heart was completely covered in adhesive.

I took the second smallest heart that was cut out of Contact Paper backing and centered it on the adhesive side of the white card stock heart.

of my heart, burnishing in the glitter with my fingers.

Next I took the smallest heart cut out of Contact Paper backing, and
centered it inside the white card stock heart, exposing more adhesive for the next round of glitter.

poured it on, and burnished it with my fingers as well.

I repeated the same process of removing the last part of the Contact Paper backing and then filling in the rest of the heart with pink glitter.

When
my white card stock heart was completely covered in glitter and all of the
excess removed, I very carefully cut it
in half with my paper cutter right down the center.

I took each side of the heart and attached it to each side of the heart on the gatefold card. I made sure when I was gluing the heart down onto the card, that everything matched up so that the card would close and look as though the heart were one piece.

Happy Scrapping!

Love this! I noticed you use a cricut mat in your silhouette. Do you change the settings at all?
