Thanks for coming back to day 2 of our hop!  Today, I used the gorgeous butterfly on the Mini Swallowtail stamp set.  I used a scalloped edge accordion fold card my sweet friend Becky adapted for the Silhouette. The base was cut in white and the tops were cut in my favorite color, purple!  Next, I stamped the butterfly from the mini set in black Memento ink and then used my Bic Mark-Its to color and shade in the image.  After it was completely dry, I used some Spray & Sparkle Glitter Varnish in Silver from Crafter’s Companion on it to give it just a little sparkle.  I wish the photo could better show you the difference it made!  Then I fussy cut the butterfly and bent his wings up just a little before attaching him to the card to give the illusion of flight.  I hope you like it!
