Please consider joining us this week over at the Scrapbook Challenge on MFP Speedy TV Remember this challenge is strictly scrapbook layouts, no cards please. You have to use stamps on your pages. They don’t have to be Marks Finest Papers, a Heinrich Co stamps but if you do use them you will be entered twice for a chance to win. This week, our challenge is one of my favorites…ANYTHING GOES!!

When my sweet friend Becky at Buzzy Bee Designs saw the costume I found for Lincoln, she designed THE CUTEST scrapbook layout with Silhouette cut files, for some of the photos she knew I would take. It’s all about dinosaurs and his first Halloween and it was absolutely adorable.

I cut it out with my Cameo this week and added a few extras. I used mostly solid colored cardstock scraps for the cuts and then used pages from the Quick Quotes Summertime Blues collection to mount everything on. I love the color combo! I also found an adorable QQ quote for the layout! I thought it would be perfect for scary dinosaurs!

I decided to add a little extra pattern and dimension to my background pages with a Mark’s Finest Papers stamp set. I love these dinosaurs and have used them before on this card. I used Mark’s Finest Paper’s Dino News stamp set and Quick Quotes chalking inks in Blue Moon and Green Tea to add a random dinosaur pattern to the pages. The little dinosaurs were so cute and really added that extra something! I love the look of tone on tone stamping.

I didn’t have time to get the photos developed for the layout at the time of this post, but here’s a little sample of some of the pics I plan to use.

I think this might just be too much cuteness for one layout! Ha ha!

I hope you’ll join us this week for our Anything Goes Challenge. You have until next Wednesday at 8 pm EST to link up. See you there!
Happy Scrapping!
