Welcome to the Anything Goes Blog Hop!! We are pleased to have you here. We hope you enjoy seeing all the fabulous projects on each blog in this hop. We are giving you two days to hop. We all know how busy lives can be:) Shelley, the host of this hop, has a great blog candy package for one lucky winner! All you have to do is comment and be a follower on each blog in this little hop! You should have started at Shelley’s blog. If you didn’t please go to the beginning. We don’t want you to miss a single great project in this line up. You should have come from Robin’s blog and your next stop should be Sarah W’s blog. I will provide the full line up at the end of this post in case you have gotten lost along the way. Shelley ships to the US only.
Here’s the double page scrapbook layout I’ve been working on. It features my awesome son and daughter-in-law. As I’ve mentioned in a previous post, they’ve been in the process of adopting a baby for a while. Part of that process is to make a book with lots of pictures and information about themselves, that prospective birth mothers can look through to get a sense of what family they would like to choose to adopt their baby. The photos in this layout are ones that a friend took for them to use in the book.

These are some of my favorite pictures of them…ever! It shows some of their personality as a couple, and certainly shows their closeness and love for each other.
The paper and elements for the page came from one of the page kits I made recently from my stash.

The paper collection is Tin Type from Quick Quotes. I love the colors and designs, and it works perfectly with the rustic colors and backgrounds of the photos. I ruched my own ribbon under the title quote, and added a few brads for some detail.

I added their name in Thickers, and there’s an old vintage key (probably from something I forgot about long ago!) just for fun!
Don’t forget that Shelley has a great blog candy package up for grabs. Please remember to read and follow her instructions to have your name dropped in the hat for a chance to win!

Happy Scrapping!
