Happy Wednesday! Here’s my third and final submission for the Crafter’s Companion Friendship Challenge for the month of August. I chose the Popcorn the Bear stamp set, All Wrapped Up. Even though it’s a little early for Christmas, I’ve been dying to try this stamp set ever since I got it! Popcorn and little Souffle the Duck are hanging out, as usual, and are the epitome of friendship.
In case you can’t tell from the photographs, I did something a little different with this card. There’s a special glitter and technique you can use to actually color and stamp directly ON the glitter. I did a tutorial and explained the products to use HERE, in case you missed it. Hopefully, you can see that the whole stamp is done in glitter in the picture below.
I love the effect, and of course it’s even way better in person. I finished the card off with some cardstock from the DCWV Merry Christmas Stack, and some ribbons and brads from my stash. I hope you like it!
